CONVEYOR SYSTEM DESIGN

Throughout the years Active Enterprises has built a large ACAD library of detailed, assembly and layout drawings. Comprising of smaller conveyor systems to complete full turnkey solutions. This enables us to have a quick turnaround time when it comes to proposals, quotations and manufacturing. We also follow all supplier specifications and engineering design instructions to ensure all conveyor systems run correctly and efficiently. If clients have any special requirements for a particular design we are more than willing to accommodate their needs.

CONVEYOR SYSTEM MANUFACTURING

Active Enterprises’ factory is equipped with the required machinery to manufacture the designed conveyor systems to the client’s specifications and application. With the general workshop and a dedicated machine shop we are able to achieve shorter delivery times on most conveyor systems. Precision work such as laser cutting and CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) punching and machining is contracted out, supporting local businesses. The conveyor systems are assembled and test runsprior to disassembly and delivery to the client, the same applies even when we are contracted to do the installation of the conveyor systems on site.
